2. I had everything there was by Alton Ellis and have replaced most with cds. This one is now available on an expanded 40 song 2 cd abum. Both consist of all the songs he did for Duke Reid of Treasure Isle Records and also Hi-Note,with his band The Flames in about /5(14).

4. Mar 25,  · Hello all Alton Ellis's experts, I didn't exactly find my version yet, it is a kind of mix of the two first versions of the list. The sleeve is exactly like the second one of the list. About the label, it is white, like the second one of the list but "THE BEST OF ALTON ELLIS" is written under the two black lines, just overhead the song's title/5(99).
